What is POBC-MD?
The Parents of Blind Children Division of the National Federation of the Blind of Maryland (POBC/MD) is a statewide membership organization. Parents and friends of blind and visually impaired children and youth, offer one another vital support, encouragement, and information to help blind children succeed. POBC/MD works toward the full integration of the blind and visually impaired people into society and functions as an integral part of the National Federation of the Blind of Maryland.
