AskUsNow! is a 24/7 live online interactive service. It uses the expertise of librarians to provide the residents of Maryland and students of Maryland educational institutions with answers to questions, research guidance, and help navigating the Internet.

The Pratt’s General Information/Telephone Reference Service has operated since 1967. You can call the above numbers for answers to reference questions on all subjects. E-mail questions can also be directed to the above address.

After Pratt's Central Library closes, reference assistance is continued by Night Owl, Maryland's late night telephone reference service. To reach Night Owl, call (410) 396-3557 in Baltimore and (800) 325-6483 elsewhere in Maryland.  Night Owl hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., Thursday from 5:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. , and Friday from 5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

InfoEyes

InfoEyes is a question and answer service for people with a visual impairment or other print limitation.  You can ask a question about anything!  We are available to answer questions and to schedule live appointments during normal daytime business hours Monday through Saturday, except during holidays.
