The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland is the Maryland state affiliate of the National Federation of the Blind. We are changing what it means to be blind in Maryland! Cruise Donation Drive - Blind Cruising 2026

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland is holding a cruise donation drive to support our work. 

 

From September 5 - 10, 2026, NFBMD will be hosting Blind Cruising 2023, which is a 5-night cruise on the Royal Caribbean Vision of the Seas to Bermuda. Individuals may book passage directly with our travel agent, with a portion of cabin costs going to NFBMD. Those interested may find information at NFBMD Blind Cruising 2026 Information Page.

 

Blind Cruising 2026

JOHN T. McCRAW SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland (NFBMD) is thrilled to administer the John T.  McCraw Scholarship Program for Academic Year 2026-2027.   The Program will award up to four individual scholarships of $4,000 each.  These scholarships will be given to qualified blind students who exhibit academic achievement, community involvement, and leadership.
