RESOLUTION 1980-09 develop and implement a vehicle whereby discrimination can be fought systematically and decisively

     Whereas, discrimination against blind persons with respect to education, employment, and daily living is widespread; and,

 

     Whereas, Maryland should be a model for the nation in providing equal opportunity for blind persons in all facets of life;  Now, therefore, 

 

Be it resolved by the National Federation of the Blind of Maryland in Convention assembled in the City of Hagerstown, Maryland, this 26th day of October, 1980, that this organization develop and implement a vehicle whereby discrimination can be fought systematically and decisively.
