Contribution Amount

Platinum Sponsor — $6,000. Includes 4 convention registrations, 4 banquet tickets, 2 exhibit tables, and a full-page convention agenda advertisement.

Gold Sponsor — $4,000. Includes 2 convention registrations, 2 banquet tickets, 1 exhibit table, and a half-page convention agenda advertisement.

Silver Sponsor — $2,500. Includes 1 convention registration, 1 banquet ticket, 1 exhibit table, and a quarter-page convention agenda advertisement.

Bronze Sponsor — $1,500. Includes 1 convention registration, 1 exhibit table, and recognition by name in the convention agenda. No banquet tickets are included.

Convention Agenda Advertisement

Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors may upload their advertisement for inclusion in the convention agenda. Platinum sponsors receive a full-page advertisement, Gold sponsors receive a half-page advertisement, and Silver sponsors receive a quarter-page advertisement. Accepted formats include PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, and Microsoft Word documents (DOC or DOCX). You may also email your advertisement to Convention@nfbmd.org if you prefer.

Would you like to request sponsorship recognition for a convention function?

Yes

Platinum and Gold sponsors may request recognition as the sponsor of a particular convention function. Requests are subject to availability and approval by the National Federation of the Blind of Maryland. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a particular function will be available.

Please identify the convention function you would like to sponsor, such as a general session, banquet, or other convention activity. You may also describe any preferences. Function sponsorship recognition is subject to availability and NFBMD approval.

Sponsorship Payment Instructions

All sponsorship commitments and payments must be received by December 1, 2026. Payment is not collected through this form. After submitting your sponsorship information, please complete payment using one of the following methods:
